Where is my ring goddamn it!

My birthday this year was very low-keyed. I didn't feel much like celebrating because it was exactly one month since my dad passed away. My boyfriend was good to me with jewelry [is there such a word as jewelries]. A gorgeous watch and three strands of pearls. But, where is my god damned ring?
